House Rules
- All decisions by management are final. Repeals can be made one time for conflict resolution but that is a case by case ruling based on best judgment.
- Usernames can not contain any racial slurs or vulgar/offensive terms.
- Aion Poker is not responsible for any P2P transfers and they may not be refunded by Aion Poker.
- Players are restricted to 1 account per unique device. Any devices who create multiple accounts will be suspended. In this case, you may reach out to support and we can repeal the suspension based on our best judgment.
- Players with several users in one house are welcome to play, but are strictly forbidden from playing together on any tournaments, sit-n-go’s or cash tables. It’s best practice to contact Aion Poker in the event you are living in a house with other players so we can have better judgment in any potential conflicts.
- Bots of any nature are strictly prohibited under any and all circumstances. Any players suspected of botting or caught and proven guilty or otherwise will be suspended and pending investigation for permanent removal. If your account ever becomes suspended for any reason, it’s best to contact support immediately to attempt to resolve the situation.
- Sharing card information, colluding, chip dumping, and any other related foul play will be cause for immediate suspension pending investigation.
- Chat is a privilege in online poker and makes for a more fun and lively community among players. In order to preserve this luxury and community culture please follow these chat rules:
- Be kind
- Do not aggressively attack, troll, or belittle other players
- Say “nice hand”, even if you don’t mean it
- Maintain sportsmanlike conduct and preserve the integrity of poker
- If you see something, SAY SOMETHING! Report any chat abuse or misbehavior to support immediately
- Do not shill links of any other sites of any kind in chat
- Players who break any of these rules will be subject to a 1 week chat ban after 1 initial warning. 3rd offense of any chat rules will result in permanent chat ban
- When playing a freezeout tournament, attempting to re-enter from any other account is strictly forbidden and will be met with immediate suspension.
- All cash games have a 90 minute “Hit & Run” timer. A player can not return to any table with less than the balance they left with until 90 minutes has passed.
- It is expected that if you are playing in any mixed game tables you will actively participate in each game mode. Excessive sitting out or avoiding play on certain variants is forbidden
- Management reserves the right to make decisions and potentially take punitive action as it deems necessary as a response to these prohibited actions which include, but are not limited to: bum hunting, buttoning, HU seat locking, excessive stalling, angle shooting, and any other behavior used to gain an unfair advantage or which goes against the spirit of the game.
- Actions taken may include, but are not limited to: initial warning, temporary account ban, loss of rewards, permanent account closure. Attempts to evade temporary or permanent account bans with continued prohibited behavior on multiple accounts may result in confiscation of funds.
